The Conference and Event Management staff will find you the ideal room and offer a wide range of services, from pre-event planning to the actual event and post-event follow-up. Whether you need a room to hold a workshop in or are planning a congress with several hundred participants, the event rooms at the University of Vienna are suitable for almost every occasion and are available to you all year round. During periods when there are no classes or exams, we can also offer course rooms (lecture halls as well as seminar and computer rooms) in which you can hold your event. Large events can even be held at different locations that are in rather close proximity to each other.
