We offer customised media technology solutions for your event, planning your individual solution and implementing it on site with the help of our technical staff.

The rooms of the University are equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video technology. Many rooms have fixed equipment which can be combined with mobile equipment as needed. 

Initial meeting / Briefing

We invite you to an initial meeting to discuss your needs and requirements concerning technical equipment, as well as costs to expect. We will provide in-depth information about the technical capabilities and define the media technology processes from the planning stage right through to the close of the event.

Planning and Setting up Technical Equipment

Our technical staff will prepare a plan for the use of technical equipment, set up and operate the equipment and provide follow-up services as needed.

Video conferencing

You would like to organise a video conference in high-definition quality?

Save yourself and your partners long journeys to meetings – schedule a video conference via IP in the Business Lounge of the University of Vienna’s Main Building.

The video conference equipment is portable and can also be hired for events at other locations.
