Abstract handling
Submission → Review → Management
- Submission: In a first step, participants can submit abstracts for lectures/poster presentations online using the software provided by us.
- Review: After the end of the submission period, the reviewers defined by the organiser can review online the submission assigned to them.
In this step, they can accept submissions, reject submissions and/or allocate them to a specific session. - Management: As process managers, the event organisers can monitor the entire submission and review process online.
Step by step
- Call for papers
As the event organiser, you define the topics and guidelines (e.g. number of characters) according to which applicants may submit an abstract. Participants can submit an abstract for a lecture or poster presentation online.
- Abstract reviews
You can assign submissions to the responsible reviewers for review and evaluation. They can evaluate submissions directly online.
- Sorting/assigning abstracts
You can assign the abstracts that were submitted online to specific sessions/contributions/workshops in order to finalise the programme.
- Notifications
Participants who have submitted an abstract will receive an e-mail informing them about the status of their submission (e.g. accepted/rejected).
- Reports and statistics
You can check the current number of abstract submissions and the status of the review process, etc. online at any time.
