Resources for your event

The Conference and Event Management team offers rooms at five different locations which can be booked for events:

We offer on request:

  • Venue inspection (on-Site)
  • Advice on ensuring accessibility
  • Various room layouts and seating options
  • Detailed access and site plans
  • Set-up, reconfiguration and dismantling of room layouts
  • Wayfinding systems and signage
  • Storage space (where available)

Our event technicians will be happy to advise you, with no obligation, on assessing your requirements and the technical implementation of your event. We also offer bespoke solutions for audio, video and lighting technology, presentation systems, as well as IT and power infrastructure.

We offer the following on request:

  • Set-up, installation and dismantling of event technology
  • Technical support during the event
  • Wi-Fi access for event participants
  • Recording and (if required) post-production of video and audio material
  • Coordination with external companies for equipment and staff
  • Video conferencing (via IP transmission)
  • Live streaming

If required, we would be happy to provide you with our qualified service staff to look after your event. In addition, we can also arrange for staff from external partner companies on request.

On request, we can provide staff for the following areas:

  • Cloakroom service
  • Setting up, rearranging and dismantling room layouts, furniture and technical equipment
  • Technical support
  • Cleaning service
  • Security service
  • Doorman and reception service

We would be happy to provide you with information about the furniture available at the venue and work with you to determine your requirements for additional resources. On request, we can engage partner companies and organise all the logistical arrangements for hiring furniture.

We offer the following on request:

  • Set-up, reconfiguration and dismantling of furniture at the venue
  • Expansion of the standard furniture provision with additional resources
  • Coordination of delivery and return transport by external companies
