Please order conference material no later than one week before the start of your event.

Conference materials
You can order notepads, pens, lanyards and tote bags featuring the logo of the University of Vienna as well as plastic covers for name badges sized 90 x 60 mm or 105 x 148 without a logo via the Congress Services team.
Brochures of the University of Vienna
You can order image brochures (small) and/or research brochures via the Corporate Communications service unit. The brochures are available in German and English and provide an overview of research, studying and teaching at the University of Vienna. Conference and Event Management, too, can provide a limited number of brochures.
Name badges
The Congress Services team can create (design) and print name badges for your event according to your specifications (if desired, also in compliance with the corporate design of the University of Vienna). Available formats: 90 x 60 mm or 105 x 148 mm
Information material provided by the Vienna Convention Bureau
You can order information material about Vienna from the Vienna Convention Bureau to provide helpful information about the city to participants of your event. The material must be collected from the Vienna Convention Bureau in the 3rd district of Vienna. Order information material

In the interest of sustainability, we kindly ask you to offer notepads and pens only for free disposal instead of actively distributing them to participants.
You can return any notepads and pens that were not used until 1 week after the event.
