Overview
Poster exhibitions and accompanying specialist exhibitions (trade fairs) are important elements of academic conferences.
The Conference and Event Management service unit of the University of Vienna is happy to provide support and advice with regard to planning and implementing your specialist exhibition (trade fair) and poster exhibition at your academic conference.
Our service portfolio includes the preparation of the content, planning and logistics as well as the actual implementation:
- planning of exhibition stands
- selecting the best locations to ensure the stands are well-frequented
- assigning exhibition areas to exhibitors and sponsors
- providing furniture, technology and equipment
- coordinating between exhibitors, event organisers, forwarding agencies and companies building exhibition stands
- preparing documents containing information about logistics and technical equipment for exhibitors
- preparing price lists and order forms
- settling orders
The Fairs Services team is responsible for processing, orders and settlement.
