Accommodation arrangements
In combination with the participant management services, the Conference and Event Management service unit of the University of Vienna can also take care of accommodation arrangements for your event.
The team will research options, obtain quotes, handle contracts and manage possible accommodations for your conference, according to your requirements. We arrange hotels in various categories.
- obtaining quotes
- reserving rooms in hotels in the vicinity of the event locations
- negotiating special prices
- online room booking service and management of available rooms, as well as booking and cancellation terms and conditions agreed with the hotels
- managing special conditions for event VIPs
Services
- reporting to the hotels at regular intervals
- managing all deadlines with regard to the hotels
Reserved hotel rooms are made available to registered conference participants who can then easily book them online. As soon as they have booked a room, the participant receives a booking confirmation by e-mail containing all reservation details (hotel details, contact details, booked room services, price). Payment by credit card. (Participants have to provide their credit card details during the online booking process.)
You do not have to pay for the accommodation arrangement service. It is an additional free service provided to your participants.
