Persons who are or were in the past members of the University of Vienna and were persecuted by the National Socialist regime may be entered in a special Memorial Book.

The Memorial Book was presented in a solemn ceremony at the University of Vienna on 30 June 2009.

In addition to the physical, handwritten document, the Memorial project also includes the online database "Memorial Book for the Victims of National Socialism at the University of Vienna in 1938".
