On-site registration & Congress staff

• Setting up and supervising the registration area at the University of Vienna locations
• If you are interested in a registration counter from an exhibition stand builder, please contact your venue coordinator from Venue Management directly.

If you require on-site registration staff, you can choose between
Congress staff for:

• the distribution of materials (name badges, conference materials, etc.)
• Processing
  • payments (cash payments, card payments) including issuing payment confirmations
  • new registrations including printing name badges

Billing is based on the actual hours worked.
