Name badges adapted to the event can be created (layout) and printed by the Congress Service according to your specifications (taking into account the corporate design of the University of Vienna, if desired).

You can obtain image brochures (small) or research brochures from DLE Corporate Communication. The brochures are available in German and English and provide a brief overview of research, study, and teaching at the University of Vienna. The Event Management can also provide a small number of brochures. - Visitor package from the Vienna Convention Bureau
Order information material about Vienna for your participants from the Vienna Convention Bureau to provide them with useful information about the city. The materials must be picked up in Vienna's 3rd district.
