Let us handle participant management so that your participants can conveniently register for your event.

Whether participation is free or paid, we will set up the appropriate registration links for you:

• Online registration links (German or English) that can be integrated into your event website
• Participants can register via an online form
• For fee-based events only:: 
  • The layout (colors and logos) of the registration form can be customized for each event
  • Multiple links can be set up depending on requirements—e.g., links for
    • Regular participants
    • Invited Speaker
    • Organising team

Management of participation fees

If participation in your event is fee-based, participant management includes online registration, payment processing, and payment reminders. Further information

Reporting

To keep track of your registrations and participation fees, you will be given access to a reporting portal and receive regular registration lists (password protected).

These contain information on:

• Number of participants
• Participation categories
• Side event registrations
• Specific queries (e.g., dietary preferences)
• Payments/outstanding invoices (balance)

Onsite-Registration

We can also provide on-site support for registration. Further information
